1) All above rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10 % service charge plus applicable tax 7%
2) The above room rates are per room per night and INCLUSIVE of American Breakfast
3) Rates and government taxes are subject to change without notice.
4) Child under 6 sharing bed with parents.
5) Maximum 2 adults and 2 children sharing in 2 Bedroom suites without extra charge
6) Maximum 3 adults and 2 children sharing in 2 Bedroom suites with 1 extra bed
7) Maximum 4 adults and 1 children sharing in 2 Bedroom suites with 1 extra bed
8) Compulsory extra bed for extra person will be charged according to period price excluding breakfast.
9) Baby cot will be provided for an infant (Free of Charge)
10) Child (3- 12 years of age)
11) Check-in time after 02:00 pm.
12) Check-out time before 12:00 Noon.
13) Early arrivals and late check outs are subject to availability.
- During summer season, we allow late checkout till 3 PM free of charge and after 3 Pm will be charge 50% of night rate.
- During High and peak season, late check out after 12.00 noon - 18.00 charge 50% and after 18.00 charge 100 % of night rate.
14) In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% of accommodation charge will apply.
15) Breakfast Price (American Breakfast) : 150 baht per person is required for children at the age of 12 yrs old & above, children at the age of 3 - 12 yrs old Pay 50% of the price,
Free of Charge of ABF for children under 3 yrs old
16) All special requested are subject to availability.

In order to complete the booking, 20% of total reservation price is required for deposit and 80% remains will be paid on arrival.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Summer Season (1 May – 31 October 11)
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled 7 days before arrival
(Refund of Deposit) If booking is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, no-refund of deposit.
High & Peak Season (1 November 11 – 30 April 2012
No charge will be levied on cancellation made more than 30 day(s) prior to the Check-In Date
Cancellation made between 14 day(s) and 29 day(s) will be charged 50% from the total amount of room reservation price
Cancellation made between 7 day(s) and 13 day(s) will be charged 70% from the total amount of room reservation price
Cancellation within 7 days prior to the check-In Date and No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room reservation price.
